Well the land has finally been approved by the county!! This is so exciting! We can finally purchase the land and get things rolling. Phil will be headed to the bank and then we will be going from there - deciding weather to start now or wait until spring. Decisions decisions!

YAY... I am hoping that everything goes smoothly from here on out. Good luck with all the decision making... it's the reason our basement still isn't done. I can't make up my freaking mind!
